Ce se întâmplă cu datele tale

• Ce colectăm: numele, adresa de e-mail și mesajul pe care ni-l trimiți.
• De ce: doar ca să înțelegem problema și să-ți răspundem. Nu le folosim pentru marketing, nu te abonăm la nimic și nu le vindem.
• Temei legal: consimțământul tău (art. 6 alin. (1) lit. a GDPR), dat prin bifarea căsuței de mai sus.
• Cum ajunge la noi: mesajul este transmis prin FormSubmit (operat de Devro LABS), care ni-l trimite pe e-mail la hello@mycocker.app. FormSubmit păstrează o copie a trimiterii aproximativ 30 de zile și nu publică unde sunt găzduite datele, deci pot fi procesate și în afara UE. Detalii în politica FormSubmit.
• Protecție anti-spam: la trimitere, FormSubmit poate afișa un test reCAPTCHA de la Google, care procesează date tehnice (de ex. adresa IP) ca să deosebească oamenii de boți.
• Cât timp îl păstrăm: cât e nevoie pentru a rezolva solicitarea, apoi îl ștergem.
• Drepturile tale: poți cere oricând acces, corectare sau ștergere și îți poți retrage consimțământul, scriindu-ne la hello@mycocker.app.

What happens to your data

• What we collect: your name, email address and the message you send us.
• Why: only to understand the issue and reply to you. We don’t use it for marketing, don’t subscribe you to anything and never sell it.
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box above.
• How it reaches us: your message goes through FormSubmit (run by Devro LABS), which emails it to hello@mycocker.app. FormSubmit keeps a copy of the submission for about 30 days and does not publish where its data is hosted, so it may be processed outside the EU. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.
• Spam protection: when you send, FormSubmit may show a Google reCAPTCHA check, which processes technical data (such as your IP address) to tell people from bots.
• How long we keep it: as long as needed to resolve your request, then we delete it.
• Your rights: you can ask for access, correction or deletion and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@mycocker.app.
